Key Responsibilities – Financial Systems Manager
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation activities including requirements gathering, design, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
- Manage relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to optimize business processes and system functionality.
- Support CRM implementation efforts and oversee integration between CRM and ERP platforms.
- Serve as the primary owner for financial systems, reporting, enhancements, and user support.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Manage ITGC, SOX, and audit-related controls, including user access reviews, segregation of duties, and SOC 1 compliance activities.
- Partner with internal and external auditors to support compliance and risk management efforts.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across Finance and business operations.
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in financial systems, IT Audit, or accounting with a strong systems focus
- Experience leading or playing a key role in a full ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with SOX compliance, ITGC controls, user access reviews, and SOC 1 reporting.
- Ability to manage projects while partnering effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting CRM systems and systems integrations is highly preferred.
- Strong reporting, analytics, and business process improvement experience.
