- Serve as the go-to expert for a critical financial ERP platform with strong visibility across the organization
- Play a key role in system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
- Partner directly with Finance, HR, Payroll, IT, and operational leaders on strategic projects
- Drive automation efforts that improve efficiency and reduce manual work across departments
- Influence decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools
- Lead testing and implementation efforts for new system functionality and enhancements
- Serve as the primary functional expert for the financial ERP system and support end users
- Manage system security, user access, workflows, and configuration settings
- Develop reports, queries, dashboards, and data outputs for business stakeholders
- Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, testing, and implementation activities
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support data integrity initiatives
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities across departments
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5 years of experience supporting ERP, financial systems, HRIS, payroll, or related enterprise platforms
- Experience with financial, accounting, payroll, or business process workflows
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools preferred
