- Manage SEC reporting, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other required filings.
- Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
- Oversee internal controls, SOX compliance, and financial reporting governance processes.
- Support executive leadership through financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and develop accounting staff, including oversight of consolidation team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Active CPA required.
- 10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred, ideally at the Manager or Senior Manager level supporting public company clients.
- Strong SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, SOX, and financial consolidation experience.
- Experience with large public company reporting environments preferred.
