- 5 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting
- Prior experience leading or mentoring team members is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
