- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports across multiple entities
- Manage the reporting process from trial balance through financial statement preparation
- Review and oversee journal entries, top-side adjustments, and account reconciliations
- Lead audit support, coordination, and preparation activities
- Identify and implement process improvements within financial reporting functions
- Partner with cross-functional teams on reporting, analytics, and finance transformation initiatives
- 2 to 5 years of experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm
- Experience preparing complex financial statements
- Strong background supporting external audit processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting best practices
