- Partner with project managers and operations leaders to improve project profitability, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Direct accounts payable, vendor management, contract administration, and intercompany accounting across multiple entities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience with construction or service-contracting organizations.
- Strong hands-on experience with AIA billing, job costing, WIP reporting, revenue recognition, and multi-entity accounting.
- Advanced QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel skills, including financial reporting and data analysis functions.
