- Support budgeting, planning and forecasting across multiple business units.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations for executive management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of financial planning and analysis experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, financial modeling expertise and data analysis.
- Construction, contracting, engineering, energy services, or other project-based industry experience is strongly preferred.
