Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Analyze manufacturing and construction project performance, costs, and profitability.
- Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
- Develop dashboards and financial models to support business decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist with cost accounting, inventory analysis, and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
