What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and coordinating finance-related projects across multiple business units
- Driving timelines, deliverables, and accountability across cross-functional teams
- Partnering with accounting, finance, and operational leaders
- Supporting system implementations and finance transformation initiatives
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization
- Communicating project status, risks, and key updates to leadership
- Translating finance and accounting requirements into structured project plans
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or project management
- Strong understanding of core finance processes (close, reporting, etc.)
- Experience leading or driving projects (formal PM title not required)
- Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed, multi-entity environment
- Experience with finance transformation or system implementations
- Background in shared services or complex organizational structures
- Exposure to high-volume or commission-based environments
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and move initiatives forward
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- High visibility across a large, national organization
