- 10 years of progressive experience across finance, FP&A, business management, or a related area
- Strong understanding of P&Ls, financial reporting, expense management, and business performance
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analytical decision support
- Ability to turn complex financial information into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong communication skills and executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
