- Assist with daily accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, fixed assets, and expenses.
- Prepare balance sheet and select income statement reconciliations.
- Help prepare monthly financial statements and internal management reports.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.
- Assist with audit preparation and supporting documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and help resolve banking issues.
- Support accounting systems and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide backup support for accounts payable/receivable and special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships and recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
