- Assist with the annual budget and forecasting process
- Interact with leadership to review project budgets vs. actual cost
- Maintain company fixed asset records and depreciation calculations for monthly and annual reporting
- Account Reconciliations: Prepare reconciliations for assigned Balance Sheet accounts
- Journal Entries: Create, import, and post journal entries into the accounting system
- Manage month-end-close process accurately and timely in conjunction with corporate deadlines
- Work closely with the Controller and Assistant Controller who love to train and mentor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges
