- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of finance and accounting experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders across multiple departments.
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or medical device environments is a plus but not required.
