- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
- Manage cash flow, capital expenditure planning, and financial risk.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
- Support audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred).
- 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, standard costing, and manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience partnering with operational leaders to improve financial performance.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
