Key Responsibilities
- Direct the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements
- Manage daily and monthly financial reporting and cash flow tracking
- Oversee in-house payroll processing and intercompany accounting functions
- Deliver financial insights and reporting to firm leadership
- Lead, mentor, and support the accounting team
- Assist with selected risk management and compliance initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in a Controller, Director, or similar senior accounting role (preferably within $5M–$20M revenue organizations)
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Strong hands-on leadership approach with attention to detail and operational execution
