- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Evaluate and improve financial, accounting, billing, and accounts receivable processes.
- Develop, mentor, and lead the finance team.
- Provide financial recommendations and insights to leadership and the Board.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Law Practice or Law Firm Industry experience - Required.
- Experience creating and managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prior experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership, ownership groups, or Boards.
- CPA preferred.
