Customer Service & Order Entry Coordinator

Location: Bristol, IN (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8am-5pm

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Order Entry Coordinator to join their team in Bristol, IN. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, shipments are coordinated efficiently, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into a custom order entry system with a high degree of accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate ground and LTL freight shipments using an online shipping portal.
• Process Bills of Lading (BOLs), enter tracking information, apply freight charges when applicable, and print invoices.
• Track shipments and provide customers with shipping updates.
• Communicate with internal departments including Shipping, Purchasing, Engineering, and the Lab to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review customer orders received in Excel and prepare them for processing.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, order entry, administrative support, or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced office.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency.
