- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management functions.
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, cash flow reports, and regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate annual audits and collaborate with external CPA firms.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, and compliance requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
- Experience leading audits, month-end close processes, and financial statement preparation.
- CPA strongly preferred; public accounting experience highly valued.
