Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 Base 10–15% Incentive Bonus

- Oversee accounting operations including job costing, financial reporting, tax preparation, and union payroll.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team while overseeing financial activities for multiple business entities.
- 10 years of accounting experience with previous leadership or management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience within construction, manufacturing, distribution, or other project-based industries strongly preferred.
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
