What You’ll Do
- Lead all accounting and finance functions, including AP, AR, payroll, job costing/percentage of completion, sales tax, fixed assets, inventory, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage monthly close, prepare financial statements, and perform analytical reviews of financial results and processes
- Oversee and develop the accounting team, including training and performance oversight
- Partner with the President on annual business planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Drive accounting process improvements, system enhancements, and automation to modernize back-office operations
- Direct access to executive leadership with meaningful influence on business decisions

- Salary 150k-170k bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience; CPA
- A confident people manager with excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- A proactive business partner who combines technical expertise with a service-oriented, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience with larger ERP systems (Great Plains a plus)
- Construction, manufacturing, or similar industry experience strongly preferred
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
