Controller

Location: Angola, IN (Fully On-Site)

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000

We are seeking a Controller to lead financial operations for a manufacturing entity. This Controller will play a highly visible role, partnering closely with senior leadership and supporting the CFO and President. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the site Controller, leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• The Controller prepares timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, GL reconciliations, and cash accounts
• The Controller prepares month-end journal entries and financial close reporting
• Review and sign off on accounts receivable reporting as the Controller
• Monitor and control inventory valuation, including cycle counts and reconciliations
• Provide administrative and financial support to the CFO and President
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and external regulations
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (HR experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills required for a successful Controller
• Ability to work effectively with multiple ERP systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
