- Lead all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, cash receipts, and fixed assets
- Own the monthly and annual close processes in accordance with GAAP
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
- Manage consolidations and prepare accurate financial statements for leadership and the Board
- Lead budgeting, audits, regulatory reporting, and cash/investment management
- BS in Accounting
- Proven experience leading full-cycle accounting and close processes in a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience managing and developing accounting teams
