- Contract Specialist will support aviation maintenance, service, and vendor agreements to ensure operational continuity.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to address contract terms, obligations, and compliance requirements.
- Assess contractual risks and provide recommendations that align with organizational objectives and mitigate exposure.
- Maintain organized contract records and documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
- 4 years of contract administration, management, or negotiation experience.
- Proven success managing contracts through the full lifecycle.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of contract risk, compliance, and legal terminology.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; legal, paralegal, certification, or military contracting experience a plus.
