Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 base salary plus bonus

This role will partner closely with corporate accounting, finance, FP&A, and international teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global consolidation process for multiple domestic and international subsidiaries.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Manage intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and consolidation entries.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate accounting policies.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
- Assist with external audits and coordinate with auditors on consolidation-related matters.
- Partner with global finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting controls.
- Support special projects, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA strongly preferred.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including consolidation experience.
- Experience working within a global or multinational organization is required.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems and consolidation software.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Base salary of $120,000-$140,000
