- Develop and document SOPs, workflows, and system processes.
- Configure job costing structures and WIP schedules.
- Support data migration, integration, and system validation efforts.
- Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate system setup and reporting.
- Provide ongoing ERP expertise and best-practice recommendations.
- 4-6 years of ERP implementation, administration, or systems support experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ComputerEase ERP.
- Construction accounting, job costing, or project accounting experience preferred.
- CPA or accounting background is a plus.
- Experience with Sage 300, Vista Viewpoint, or similar construction ERP systems is highly desirable.
