- Build scalable financial processes, reporting, controls, and a high-performing accounting/finance team.
- Provide strategic financial insight to leadership as the company grows from approximately $35M toward $75M–$100M.
- Support growth initiatives, acquisitions/integrations, and other strategic projects while remaining willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- CFO, VP Finance, or strong Controller-level experience within HVAC, mechanical, construction, specialty contracting, or another project-based business; experience in a $30M–$100M environment preferred.
- Strong command of WIP, job costing, project profitability, operational finance, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Proven builder who can create structure in an evolving environment and strategically partner with entrepreneurial leadership.
Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
