Key Responsibilities For The AR / Deductions Role

• Process cash applications and customer payments
• Research and resolve customer deductions
• Enter deduction data into AS400
• Follow up on past-due balances and open deductions
• Retrieve PODs and supporting documentation as needed
• Assist with reconciliations and credit memos
  
  

Qualifications For The AR / Deductions Role

• Prior AR and deductions experience
• Basic Excel proficiency
• Experience working with PDFs and supporting documentation
• AS400 and/or D365 exposure a plus
