Key Responsibilities for Buyer
- Purchase products and materials to support company operations
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Resolve supplier, inventory, and purchasing discrepancies
- Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate purchasing records within ERP and inventory systems
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to meet customer demands
- 3 years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain experience
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Industrial, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain industry experience strongly preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
