Key Responsibilities Of The Business Systems Analyst
- Support administration and maintenance of Rootstock ERP.
- Assist Finance with ERP management, reporting, and system enhancements.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across business systems and databases.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Lead and coordinate system-related projects across multiple departments.
- Perform data entry, system updates, and user administration tasks.
- Troubleshoot software and system issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Assist with CRM, content management, e-signature, and lead management platforms.
- 1-3 years experience working in a professional business environment, preferred
- New grads acceptable pending degree and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field, preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce experience preferred.
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other business systems.
- Experience with Rootstock or Salesforce is required
- Familiarity with Box, Box Sign, Zuant, or similar platforms, preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to assess complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong customer-service mindset and ability to support users of varying technical skill levels.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
