Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Oracle NetSuite, overseeing administration, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, KPIs, SuiteAnalytics, and business intelligence capabilities
- Establish and maintain standards for data quality, user roles, permissions, governance, and security
- Design, support, and improve integrations between NetSuite and other business applications
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement
- Explore and champion practical applications of AI and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteCloud/SDF, SuiteQL, APIs, RESTlets, and related technologies when appropriate
- Collaborate with external consultants and development partners to scope projects, evaluate solutions, and oversee successful implementation and delivery
- Maintain ownership and governance of system enhancements and technology solutions
- Significant experience implementing, administering, or optimizing Oracle NetSuite
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and cross-functional business operations
- Experience with NetSuite reporting, workflows, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards, user roles, and permissions
- Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, reporting, data management, or business intelligence solutions
- Familiarity with NetSuite development tools and technologies, including SuiteScript, JavaScript, SuiteCloud, SuiteQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
- Experience with business process automation initiatives
- Interest in or experience leveraging AI technologies within business applications is highly desirable
