Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- The Bookkeeper will perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
- The Bookkeeper will manage month-end close activities and prepare financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- The Bookkeeper will assist with audits and provide documentation as needed
- Work closely with leadership to address accounting questions and financial needs
- 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and full-cycle bookkeeping processes
- Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
