- Maintain customer billing records and resolve invoice discrepancies by partnering with internal departments and customers.
- Monitor aging reports and assist with collections by researching outstanding balances and responding to billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer data and billing information within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Generate billing and accounts receivable reports for management as needed.
- 3 years of billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.
- Experience in the energy, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering industries is a plus.
Salary : $53,000 - $67,000
