- Opportunity to improve billing processes, collections, and overall cash flow management
- Manage high-volume billing and accounts receivable activities across multiple construction projects
- Prepare and submit AIA billing applications, including G702/G703, and progress billings
- Track change orders, project milestones, and percentage-of-completion data to ensure accurate billing
- Partner with Project Managers and Engineers to review project billing and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on collections, and resolve customer billing disputes
- Maintain accurate billing documentation and support improvements to cash flow and operational efficiency
- 3 years of billing and accounts receivable experience
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience with AIA billing, progress billing, and construction contracts highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software such as Sage Intacct or similar
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
