- Review onboarding paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Follow up on missing or incomplete forms
- Manage and audit I-9 documentation
- Run basic new hire and termination reports
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
- Bilingual required (Spanish/English – must be able to understand and communicate)
- Previous data entry experience required
- Strong understanding of I-9 forms; auditing experience is a plus
- Experience with Paylocity or UKG is a plus
- Basic Excel skills required; Pivot Tables are a plus
- Patient, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Strong attendance and reliability are essential
- Self-starter who asks for additional work when caught up
