- Support compliance with federal and state benefits regulations (ACA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.)
- Assist with benefits audits, reporting, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate deductions and contributions
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of benefits administration or HR experience preferred
- Working knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable regulations
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
