- The Benefits Coordinator will assist with the administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans
- Support new hire benefits enrollment, qualifying life event changes, and annual open enrollment while ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, eligibility, coverage, and enrollment while providing timely and professional assistance
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, benefits brokers, payroll, and HR team members to resolve employee benefit issues and maintain accurate records
- Assist with benefits reporting, audits, documentation, and compliance activities while helping improve the overall efficiency of benefits processes
- 1–3 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, HR operations, or a related field
- Working knowledge of employee benefit programs with the ability to handle confidential information, explain benefit options clearly, and assist employees with questions or concerns
