- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidated financial reporting for the parent company.
- Analyze subsidiary financial results, investigate variances, and provide supporting explanations and recommendations.
- Oversee account reconciliations, journal entry reviews, and compliance with accounting policies.
- Coordinate intercompany allocations, chargebacks, and corporate expense distributions.
- Partner with internal and external auditors on accounting policy development and new standard implementation.
- Support ERP general ledger standardization, process improvements, and financial reporting enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, manufacturing experience, ERP experience, and Japanese language skills are preferred.
