Position Summary

This role partners closely with Operations and Finance leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, effective cash management, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting processes, financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Manage cash flow activities, including accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and disbursements.
- Support budgeting, business planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT leadership on financial systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable manufacturing and quality standards.
- Provide financial insight and support to operational leaders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential financial records and ensure administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Participate in employee performance management and other special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Professional accounting designation (CPA/CMA/CGA) preferred.
- 5 years of post-qualification accounting experience within a manufacturing environment required.
- Automotive or auto-parts manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
