Key Responsibilities Of The Asset Recovery Specialist
- Manage assigned accounts from repo assignment to resolution or account reinstatement.
- Conduct skip tracing and customer outreach to locate assets and resolve delinquencies.
- Assign and coordinate with repossession agents; reassign as needed for best recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with Collections, Asset Management, and Legal teams to drive account resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation for internal tracking and asset remarketing.
- Recommend charge-offs or payment restructuring when appropriate.
- Ensure timely processing of repossession-related invoices.
- Proven experience in collections and skip tracing.
- Strong negotiation, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Salary : $60,000 - $64,000
