Key Responsibilities – AR Specialist
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, and reconciliations
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on past‑due balances
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status, discrepancies, and account questions
- Resolve billing issues and short payments in collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain accurate AR records and documentation within the accounting system
- Assist with month‑end close and AR reporting as needed
- 2 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
- Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and cash application processes
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow‑up skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Salary : $41,600 - $52,000
