Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Maintain customer account ledgers and ensure accurate posting of AR transactions

• Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain proper documentation
• Generate and distribute AR reporting, including collections tracking
• Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding balances

• 3 years of accounts receivable experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Experience with accounting systems; Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central preferred
