- Review contracts and project documentation to ensure accurate setup, billing requirements, and customer information.
- Manage work orders, billing coordination, and project accounting activities while partnering closely with project managers and operations teams.
- Prepare invoices, payment applications, lien waivers, and supporting billing documentation to ensure timely collections.
- Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding receivables, and help resolve customer payment discrepancies.
- Assist with project closeouts, audit support, reporting requests, and additional accounting-related projects as needed.
- 3 years of accounting, accounts receivable, project billing, or related experience.
- Experience with B2B collections and customer account management.
- Strong Excel and communication skills with the ability to learn new ERP systems and accounting software.
