Accounts Receivable Manager – Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Strong background in billing and collections
• Ability to manage high-volume invoicing
• Experience researching, resolving, and reconciling customer account discrepancies
• Ability to monitor aging reports and drive collection efforts professionally
• Strong communication skills with both internal staff and external customers
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment
  
  

Accounts Receivable Manager – Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring an AR team
• Background in construction, contracting, or project-based billing
• Experience implementing or improving AR processes
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems
