- Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies while communicating with vendors and internal departments
- Ensure invoices receive proper approvals and are processed in accordance with company policies
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs, including ACH, wire, and check payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding balances
- Assist with month-end close by preparing AP reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Maintain organized electronic records and ensure compliance with internal controls
- 3 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and General Ledger coding
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
