- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions while maintaining accurate financial records
- Enter and reconcile daily cash receipts, credit card transactions, deposits, and bank activity
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and month-end accounting processes
- Prepare financial reports and maintain organized accounting files
- Support sales and use tax documentation and recordkeeping
- Update financial data within the ERP system (X3) and maintain electronic records
- Balance petty cash and provide occasional administrative support, including answering phones and greeting visitors as needed
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team environment
