- Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Post and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards)
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all accounts receivable transactions
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
