Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (100% onsite)

Key responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Process and analyze revenue transactions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Review and release incoming wires, ensuring proper application to customer accounts
- Research and resolve discrepancies related to revenue and accounts receivable activity
- Prepare and post adjusting journal entries as needed
- Generate regular reporting for management, including identifying and communicating outstanding issues related to revenue, cash, and treasury activity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exposure to multi-entity environments preferred
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
