This Accounts Receivables Specialist will be a hands-on collaborator working closely with project coordination, customer service, and accounting partners to ensure timely billing, accurate records, and responsive customer communication.
Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivables Specialist
- Manage orders from entry through completion using CRM and QuickBooks systems
- Oversee accounts receivable activities including invoicing, order closeout, and collections follow-up
- Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer calls, ensuring accurate and timely information capture
- Collaborate closely with Project Coordinators to support order flow and customer expectations
- Maintain organized and compliant accounting, financial, and digital records in coordination with external CPA support
- Communicate with customers using modern technology while demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and urgency
- Support general administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed
- Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or customer-facing accounting support
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and CRM platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a hands-on, collaborative environment
