- The AR Specialist will post customer invoices, credits, receipts, and daily cash transactions.
- Review aging reports and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Investigate payment discrepancies, deductions, and account issues.
- The AR Specialist will process customer requests for invoices, statements, and account information.
- Support the sales team with return authorizations and related documentation.
- The AR Specialist will enter sales contracts, update customer pricing, and assist with intercompany transactions.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ERP or accounting software experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively in a team environment.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
