What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain customer account ledgers and ensure accurate posting of AR transactions
- The AR Specialist will process and apply customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards
- Reconcile account activity and resolve discrepancies as needed
- The AR Specialist will prepare daily bank deposits and maintain supporting documentation
- Generate AR reporting, including collections tracking and updates
- Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding balances
- The AR Specialist will assist with additional accounting tasks and special projects as needed
- 3 years of accounts receivable experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills
- Experience with accounting systems; Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently within a structured environment
- Established organization with long-term stability
