- Process and post incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.
- Assist with month-end closing and general ledger support related to accounts receivable.
- Support the accounting team with special projects and process improvements.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
